Primary Center (PC) - Drop off for the Primary Center (grades K & 1) will be in the Primary Center All Purpose Room at the back of the building. Parents will drive in through Gate A from Ridge Road. Parents should drive up to the back of the PC building where staff will walk students from cars to the APR, parents will then drive away.
Intermediate Center (IC) - Drop off for the Intermediate Center (grades 2, 3, 4) will be at the main entrance at the front of the Intermediate Center. Parents will drive in through Gate B from Ridge Road. Students must exit the car on the passenger side of the vehicle. No exceptions. Staff will be in the hallway to assist students in finding their classrooms. Mini buses will also be disembarking students at this location.
*Parents must be patient and should never pass a bus that has its stop sign out.
*Parents are not permitted to exit their vehicles during arrival.

If your child is an everyday walker, you must complete and return the attached green authorization form so that you will not have to sign everyday.
Intermediate Center (IC) - Pick up at the Intermediate Center (grades 2, 3, 4) will be in the Intermediate Center All Purpose Room on the north side of the building. Parents will park their vehicles and go to the door to pick up their child. There will be two pick up doors at the All Purpose Room (Door I-8 and Door I-9); look for signage that will determine which door you will pick up your child. If your child is an everyday walker, you must complete and return the attached green authorization form so that you will not have to sign everyday.
*Parents are not permitted inside the building during dismissal.
*Parents must provide photo identification at dismissal.
In the event that inclement weather causes school closing, the district will notify parents through our automated messaging system.

Emergency School Closings After The Start Of School
If emergency weather conditions or other emergencies develop during the school day, children will be dismissed early. Please be sure to create a plan with your child if you are not home.
Be sure to plan now, and appoint someone to meet your child at the bus stop in your absence. Make sure both your child and your designee are both familiar with your plan.
