Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year! I hope your summer was filled with rest, laughter, and time with loved ones!

It is with great excitement and gratitude that I introduce myself as the new principal of Ridge Elementary School. While I am new to the Ridge community, I have already been inspired by the warmth, dedication, and pride that make this school such a special place. I am honored to join this outstanding team and look forward to partnering with our families as we support every child's success. Together, we will build on Ridge's strong tradition of excellence and make this a wonderful year for our students.

As a father of two, I understand the mix of excitement and nervousness that often comes with the start of a new school year, for both children and parents. Thank you for placing your trust in us. We are committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where every child can learn, grow, and succeed. Our teachers are eager to welcome everyone with warm smiles and open hearts as we begin this new school year together.

At Ridge, we are committed to meeting the academic, social, and emotional needs of every child. We know that strong partnerships between home and school are essential to student success, and I truly value the opportunity to work alongside our families. Your support, involvement, and trust help make Ridge the exceptional school community that it is.

Throughout the year, there will be many opportunities for families to become involved in our school community. Our outstanding PTA plays an important role in organizing events, supporting our students, and enriching the Ridge experience. I encourage you to join us at events, volunteer when you can, and become an active partner in your child's educational journey.

I would also like to thank our custodians, office staff, teachers, support staff, and PTA members for the incredible time, care, and effort they have invested in preparing for the new school year. It is truly a team effort, and our staff exemplify the values of "Every One…Every Day" and "Team First." I am grateful to be joining such a dedicated group of professionals who put students at the center of everything they do.

My door is always open, and I believe that open communication is the foundation of a strong school community. If you ever have questions, need support, or simply want to introduce yourself, please don't hesitate to reach out to the main office, or our administrative team. We are here for you.
